Journal 11
Brutus is the most noble, not just Roman, but man in the entire play. He is the only one who seemes to care more about others than himself. he out of all the conspiritors was the only one who truly did what he did for Rome and not his own personal gain. I belive that Brutus did not deserve what happend to him he was to good a man to deserve this fate.
Journal 10
Yes, there is no other alternative. His army stands no chance now that Cassius has commited suicide and if he is captured he will most likley be tried for treason by Anthony and the government. Although Brutus is honorable, he cannot trust everyone to be as honorable as he would be. He has masde that mistake multiple times in this play. This is difficult because he is so honorable, but it is un avoidable.
Journal 9
Brutus's speech fails because of, what I belive is his tragic flaw. He is too noble and honorable a man and sometimes it clouds his judgment. Leting Antony speak was not the greatest idea because clearly he will not share your opinion or perspective on the situation. However, the hnorable thing to do was to let Caesars best friend give his eulagy. All in all Brutus's speech fails because he it too honorable.

Yes, i have told people i do not like trhings that i dont really mean . Just like Anthony told the people how honoirable Brutus, Cassius and the conspiritors were. He obviousy did not mean any of that. He also said that he was not there to bash Brutus and the Comspiritors when everything he said was exactly that. I do that somtimes. The whole reverse psychology thing. I did succeed. i got threm to not join the team.

Brutus Blog
I think that Brutus will not commit suicide due to the body count. The reason for this, because he himself said that he wouldn’t commit suicide when he was talking to Cassius, he said that he would try not to be so cowardly. Another reason for this, because I don’t think Brutus is like that, I know he is a coward and needs others to survive, but I think he wont go that far as a coward.

Journal VIII
Brutus’s speech failed because Antony made sure the people of Rome know how Caesar really died. Caesar was gaining alot of power but that is not a reason to kill him. Brutus was convinced by the other conspirators to kill him. Antony looks now more like the next ruler of Rome.

Julius Caesar Act III
Caesar did not have to die. I believe this because of the fact that the death of Caesar, did not stop anything. The Republic still gave way to the Roman Empire, therefore, the death of Julius Caesar accopmlished nothing. I do not think that Caesars actions reulted in his death. The conspiritors lured him into a trap using his tradgic flaw. Caesar, in public, makes himself look strong and is not easily persuaded. He also gets caught up in himself comparing himself to the Gods. Because of this the conspiritors did not find it hard to lure him into the trap, destract him and eventually spring the trap on Caesar.
